Managing these processes gives us access to very special 401(k) retirement plan called a Multiple Employer Plan. This is a master 401k plan that allows us to bring client companies into our 401k plan. This gives you your very own 401k plan, within our 401k plan.

The only requirement is that we handle your company's payroll services. This is required to ensure that the employee deposits are made on a timely basis and to guarantee accuracy of the reports required by the IRS.

The plan is "almost" free because, as the chart below explains, there is still a small Annual Fee per Participant, which is required by law.
