As a society we must recognize that too often we do our teachers and students a disservice by not properly training and equipping them with first-hand classroom management skills beyond the basics taught in colleges and universities. A poorly managed classroom results in constant distractions, which leads to teacher burnout, and a sub-par learning experience for the students. We understand that in most instances teachers underperform because of lack of real world training. Not because of lack of desire or ambition. We can take a teacher performing at a C- level and rapidly accelerate him or her to a B+ level educator.
